How check-ins, points and badges work, and how to stay in control of your passport.
Check-ins & stamps
Points
Points add up to your level. Going to shows is the main way to earn them: a first check-in at a venue you've never been to is worth 6.

- Only check-ins verified at the venue earn points. Memories don't.
- Likes count for at most 20 points a day, and liking your own posts doesn't count.
- Each person can mark a post helpful only once.
- Only accepted friend requests count.
- Favoriting venues and voting on tags don't earn points.
Levels
Your level shows at the top of your passport. Your progress to the next one is in the Reputation section.

Badges
Badges are earned once and stay. Your passport shows the goal for each one you haven't unlocked yet.
